Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Zien Tech PLT. By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions ("TnC") govern the use of our mobile application and subscription-based services. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

Zien Tech PLT offers subscription-based services with the following billing options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed every month
• Quarterly Subscription: Billed every three (3) months
• Annual Subscription: Billed every twelve (12) months

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3. Payment

All payments for subscription plans must be made in advance, either on a monthly, bi-annual, or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize Zien Tech PLT to charge the payment method associated with your account for the applicable subscription fees at the start of each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the services for the remainder of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after your subscription ends.
• Your subscription will not renew automatically, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

5. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, including cases where:

• You cancel your subscription before the end of a billing cycle.
• You choose not to use the service after subscribing.
• You fail to cancel before the renewal date.

Zien Tech PLT operates on a no-refund basis. Please review the terms of each subscription plan before making a purchase.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Zien Tech PLT will not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

7. Service Changes

Zien Tech PLT reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services, features, or subscription plans at any time. If we make significant changes to our subscription plans or services, we will notify you via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zien Tech PLT provides the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we will not be liable for any damages, loss of data, or other liabilities that may arise from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these TnC will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
